Title IX Coordinator
The Title IX Coordinator has primary responsibility for Title IX compliance at Anna Maria College. The coordinator also does intake of reports and complaints regarding sexual harassment, sexual violence, and all forms of sexual misconduct involving employees, visitors, vendors, and other 3rd parties and coordinates the investigative process.
Deputy Title IX Coordinator
Title IX Deputies receive training on responding to reports of sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, stalking, and all forms of sexual misconduct. Deputy Title IX Coordinators are available to take reports, explain the reporting process, direct individuals to resources, and explain victim rights. Deputies take reports and complaints and perform investigations from students regarding all forms of sexual misconduct.

The Title IX Coordinator for Athletics monitors compliance with athletic requirements under Title IX.

Whether or not you choose ultimately to pursue criminal charges, you can contact the Public Safety Office. Officers are professionally trained and experienced in dealing with, sexual assaults and rape.
