Affordability & Value for Students & Families

We strive to make our College affordable for students and families. Nearly 90 percent of full-time undergraduate students at Anna Maria College receive some form of financial aid. Financial Aid is based on a combination of merit and need. At the Graduate level, scholarships, assistantships, and Federal Aid are available for eligible students. New entering day students for the fall of 2024 are eligible for a $500 FAFSA filing incentive grant by submitting your FAFSA before March 1.

Make sure to include Anna Maria College’s school code (002117) to ensure that your information is sent to Anna Maria electronically. The username and password that you create will be used every year, so remember to save this for future reference.

Contact the Financial Aid office at (508) 849-3366 or financialaid@annamaria.edu for more information or to set up an appointment to meet with our staff. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

IMPORTANT FAFSA CHANGE

For the 2024/2025 academic year, you will complete the 2024/2025 FAFSA which will open in December and will use 2022 federal tax information.

If you are a first-time FAFSA filer, please follow the link below to set up your FSA ID so you are prepared to file the FAFSA once it opens.

More Information

Merit-Based Scholarships

Students’ letters of acceptance will include notification of a merit-based scholarship determined by an academic index that is calculated using grade point average, class rank, and standardized test scores when provided. Scholarships range from $20,000- $26,000. Resident students may also be eligible for housing grants up to $2,000 annually.

Need-Based Financial Aid

Need-based financial aid is determined after the accepted student submits the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA should be completed as soon possible once it opens in December 2023 on www.studentaid.gov. Need-based aid will likely be comprised of grants, loans, and work-study. The amount granted is based on the family financial circumstances of each student.

If you or your family’s financial situation has changed since 2022, you may complete a Special Circumstance Appeal form, which will become available once official offer letters are released to accepted students. Based on the information provided, we can re-evaluate your financial aid package. Please reach out to our financial aid team directly at 508-849-3366 or financialaid@annamaria.edu for more information.
